This came from the base flame Open Mind of :iconjphminne: jphminne Flamepack1 [link]

I applied the :iconcmptrwhz: cmptrwhz Julian Chain
[link] techniques & had a busy play with the results including adding FT & Apo gradient 084

:thanks: Open Apophysis 3D Hack, start with a blank flame & gradient you like, then follow the cmptrwhz tut link above. In the Adjust Window move Pitch & Yaw sliders & fiddle until you get something you like.

If you want to use a baseflame from someone else's flamepack as I did here there are lots in :iconfractal-resources:
